How Much Do I Need?
One 2-oz. bottle of FlyRight has 12 servings, enough for 18 hours of flying time.
International Flight: Two 2-oz. bottles
Domestic Flight: One 2-oz. bottle
How To Take It
An Easy 2-Step Process
1. SHAKE WELL. Then, add 1 teaspoonful to 4-oz. of water.
2. Drink
How Often to Take It
- INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
- Ideally, start taking it on the day before your flight to start protecting you (up to 3 doses)
- Take it every 2-3 hours during your flight
- Finish any remaining portion in the 24 hour period after arrival
- DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
- Take it every 2-3 hours during your flight.
- For added protection, you may wish to take up to 2 doses before and after your flight as well. For stronger prevention, follow instructions for international flights.
Missed Doses
If you are sleeping and miss a dose, you can take 2 teaspoons the next time you take it. Alternatively, you can take 2 teaspoons before you go to sleep.
Additional Notes:
If you are prone to severe jet lag, continue taking for up to three days after your flight, 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily. Consider ordering a 16-oz refill for your luggage if this is the case.
Precautions
For ages 12 and up. Safe to use while nursing. Do not take if pregnant or if taking prescription blood-thinning medications.OK to take with over-the-counter pain-relievers and baby aspirin. Ideally, separate any medication and a dose of FlyRight by 30 minutes. See more in our FAQ section.
